Privacy Policy

Who we are
This website is operated by Saigon Trans. You can reach us through the contact details in the page header and on the Contact page.
What we collect
Request a quote form: first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number, country, job title, and, on the Contact and Services forms, the service type, estimated volume and project brief you type.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
Why we use it
We use the details from a quote request to answer that request. We use the email address from the newsletter sign-up to send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party scripts. The map on the Contact page is a static image; opening the map takes you to the maps provider in a new tab.
Storage and retention
Requests and sign-ups are stored on our servers. Where the servers are located and how long records are kept will be confirmed by the company before launch.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop sending the newsletter, by contacting us through the details on the Contact page.
